Rates
Our fees for services are $75 – $165 per 50 minute session. Please contact each individual therapist to discuss rates and availability of sliding scale openings.
Insurance
We are an out of network provider.
However, if you have a PPO insurance plan, we are able to process claims and send in for possible reimbursement once you have met your out of pocket deductible.
Remember that most individual plans will pay a fair amount toward your mental health sessions.
We will happily look into your coverage and determine how much they will reimburse for each session. From there we will find a co-payment that is comfortable for you.
Payment
Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for payment. Payment must be made at each session.
Returned Checks
There is a $25 fee for returned checks with no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full for the session.
